convenient location friendly staff reliable service
I found the location convenient for accessing public transport. Paddington station is nearby. the staff were friendly and efficient, promptly addressing all my requests. the room was clean and well kept, with daily service i found reliable and thorough.
The gym hours were shorter than expected. It closed earlier than i anticipated, which limited my workout time.

adjacent rooms clean room comfortable bed sofa bed
our party included eight adults and three children. all our rooms were next to each other, a detail i appreciated. the rooms were clean, and we had no issues with our accommodation. decent soundproofing and good beds were provided, including sofa beds. these were surprisingly comfortable, a welcome rarity.
the pool was not very warm at all. several guests mentioned it was hard to stay in for more than fifteen minutes.

breakfast had great choices. it was delicious and good value since it was included in the room price. roxana especially assisted me with gluten-free breakfast options, i loved this attention.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those at the front desk. they greeted us warmly and organized our left luggage efficiently. the staff seemed to go above and beyond to help guests.

the hotel has good transport links. the hotel was a short walk from paddington station. this provided easy access around the city. many restaurants are also close by.

dusty corners limited menu
the hotel's location near the station was convenient.
My room was not as clean as i expected. the carpet had some stains, and i noticed dust in the corners. also, the gluten-free menu was limited. My mother received only lettuce as a salad one night, disappointing.

The pool included a sauna and steam room. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The hotel's location was very quiet despite its proximity to the highway.
The gym was somewhat small.
